Who We Serve
Potential should not be overlooked.
We serve people facing real barriers to employment, including underserved youth, survivors of abuse, returning citizens, and others rebuilding their careers.
Participants can apply directly or be referred by trusted community organizations.

Our Approach
Real training for real jobs.
Our program runs 8 weeks, 64 hours total — two training days a week, four hours a day. That's intentionally longer than a typical commercial bartending course. We built it that way because most of our trainees are starting with little or no hospitality experience, and pouring technique alone doesn't get someone hired and kept.
Bartending Fundamentals
Cocktail technique, bar operations, responsible alcohol service, and certification.
Job Readiness Training
Interview preparation, workplace communication, financial literacy, and hands-on practice.
Transition to Employment
Mock shifts, employer introductions, and clear expectations for the first 90 days on the job.
Our goal is simple: prepare people employers want to hire — and keep.

Why bartending?
Bartending is real, marketable, and immediate. It pays in tips as well as wages, it's in constant demand across restaurants, hotels, and event venues, and it comes with a clear path upward — from bartender to lead, to event or bar manager, to running a program of your own. It's also a trade you can start earning in fast, which matters for someone rebuilding their life right now.

Advisory Board
Part of something larger
Hope for Hospitality is a project of ABC Hospitality Group, which gives our trainees access to an established network of partner bars, restaurants, hotels, and event venues — not venues we own, but relationships we've built, which means graduates get priority interviews with people already looking to hire.
