Talent deserves an opportunity.

We train people facing barriers to employment for lasting careers in hospitality.

The Gap We're Closing

Hospitality
Employers
Looking for a path.
Ready for whats next.

Hospitality employers are short on trained, reliable bar staff. At the same time, people facing real barriers to employment — a record, a shelter address, a gap in their resume — are consistently the first ones screened out, even when they're ready to work. Hope for Hospitality exists to close that gap from both sides: we train people for a real trade, and we bring them to employers who already need what they've learned.

How It Works

Recruit & Welcome

We partner with shelters, reentry programs, and community organizations to reach people ready for a second start, and we meet them where they are.

Train & Prepare

Over 8 weeks, trainees learn bartending and mixology technique, guest service, and the business side of running a bar program, alongside the life and financial skills that make a new career stick.

Connect & Uplift

Through our connection to ABC Hospitality Group's network of partner venues, graduates get priority interviews, mentorship, and ongoing support as they start their careers.
